For the purposes hereof, the following terms are defined:
- Platform:Refers to the website and digital services operated by Tribunejustice.
- User:Any natural or legal person accessing the platform.
- Expert:Law professional or certified partner providing services through the platform.
— 02 Roles & Permissions
The platform offers several access levels depending on the user role: Client (service access, request tracking, appointments), Expert (case management, blog, announcements), Partner (announcements), Admin (platform management, users, content) and Super Admin (full administration, permission management). Permissions are granted granularly and can be revoked at any time.
— 03 Nature of Services
Tribunejustice is an ecosystem facilitating connection and management of legal procedures. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Business Creation
Complete support in administrative and statutory procedures.
Legal Translations
Certification of official documents by sworn translators.
Intellectual Property
Protection of your trademarks, patents and copyrights with competent bodies (OAPI).
Expert Consultation
Direct connection with specialized experts for personalized advice.
Digital Safe
Secure and centralized storage space for archiving and sharing your legal documents between your different files.
Service Fees
Users agree to pay service fees as specified in the accepted quotes.
CRM
Customer Relationship Management module for contact tracking, campaigns, automations and business performance analytics.
Tools & Simulators
Business creation cost simulator, NIU verification, translation cost calculator and business name availability check.
Online Appointments
Book, reschedule or cancel appointments with experts through the client interface.
— 04 User Obligations
"Rigor is the guarantor of legal security."
The user undertakes to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of their identifiers.
- Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure access to sensitive files.
- Validate their identity via their password for critical actions (Sudo mode).
- Provide sincere and valid supporting documents.
- Pay service fees according to accepted quotes.
- Pay the service fees according to the accepted quotes.
- Accept the current OHADA payment terms.
— 05 Payments and Refunds
Payments are secure.
Currency: XAF or EUR.
— 09 CRM Module
The CRM module enables advanced customer relationship management: contact management, segmentation, marketing campaigns, automations, A/B testing, lead scoring and performance analytics. Data collected in the CRM is subject to the same confidentiality and security rules as other platform data.
— 10 Tools & Simulators
Tools and simulators (creation cost, NIU verification, translation calculator, business name check) are provided for indicative purposes only. Results do not constitute a contractual commitment and do not replace personalized legal advice.
— 11 Appointments
Appointments can be booked, rescheduled or canceled via the client or expert interface. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees. Video consultation sessions are end-to-end encrypted.
— 12 Q&A Space
The Questions & Answers space is a public area where users can ask legal questions and receive answers from experts. Published contributions are visible to all and may be moderated by the administration.
— 13 Expert Directory
The directory allows finding and contacting certified legal experts. Information published about experts is provided by them under their own responsibility. The platform verifies the authenticity of diplomas and bar registrations.
— 14 Blog & Tribune
The « La Tribune » blog features legal articles written by experts and editorial staff. Articles are the responsibility of their authors. Comments are moderated and must comply with rules of courtesy and confidentiality.
— 03 Intellectual Property
Tribunejustice holds all exclusive rights to the interface, source codes, and brands. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior agreement is liable to prosecution.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to process it.
— 15 Liability
The platform acts as an intermediary. Although we select our experts with the utmost care, Tribunejustice cannot be held responsible for an unfavorable judicial result, except in the event of direct proven fault in administrative processing.
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
